The e-commerce website of Monsieur Beaux, hereafter seller, offers its customers the possibility to purchase the products from its web store online.

After entering your address details during the ordering process, the shipping costs are displayed. These shipping costs are calculated on top of the total price of your ordered products. The shipping costs depend on the selected products and the country to which they must be sent.
The indication of price refers exclusively to the articles as described verbally. The accompanying photos are intended to be decorative and may contain elements that are not included in the price.
OFFER
The products offered on the Monsieur Beaux website are handmade in Belgium. There can be a slight difference in size between the products of the same size. Every product is unique.
ORDER
The products of Monsieur Beaux can be ordered by adding the products to your shopping basket. You can consult your shopping cart at any time during your visit to our site. To complete the ordering process you can choose “Checkout”. After this your invoice and shipping information will be requested. After entering your address details, the shipping cost will appear. You also choose the desired payment option.
After accepting our Terms and Conditions you can place your order.
If the order process is successful you will receive a confirmation email with your order.
CONTROL
If you receive the products delivered by us damaged or if these products do not conform to the products ordered, we ask you to let us know via info@monsieurbeaux.be. (within 5 days after receiving your order)

All products remain the exclusive property of Monsieur Beaux until the moment of full payment by the buyer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The provisions of this article only apply to buyers who purchase articles online from Monsieur Beaux in their capacity as consumers.
According to the Belgian law on trade practices, consumer information and protection of 12 April 2010, all products purchased online at Monsieur Beaux are subject to a consideration period of 14 days.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The costs incurred for the return shipment are borne by the buyer. The purchase price is fully refunded within 7 days after the seller has received the package.
If you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal, you must make this known in writing (info@monsieurbeaux.be) within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the product.
The products must be returned undamaged, unused and unopened (in original condition and packaging). You must prove that the products were returned on time, for example by means of proof of shipment. Unstamped or insufficiently stamped shipments are always refused and returned to the sender.

If the products do not receive the right of withdrawal in accordance with the conditions, the purchase amount will not be refunded or will not be refunded in full.
